Into the Woods Event Space Insurance Requirements
Client(s) shall obtain General Liability Insurance, including Host Liquor Liability, in an amount not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. Such insurance must name Into the Woods Event Space LLC and Maurice & Wendy Bohman as an additional insured. The Client(s) must deliver to Into the Woods Event Space a certificate of insurance with an endorsement, demonstrating such coverage, at least 30 days prior to the Event Date. Client(s) must be policy holder or listed as additional insureds. The Client(s) insurance policy will be the primary insurance.
